'Black Swan Retreat is at one of the best Harbour inlets at Auckland, the views are so expansive in which everyone cannot stop looking at, very humbling to be here. Quiet, more of a lake feeling with over 2000 Black Swans on the door step of our water front section. Photos and words cannot justify this natural beauty. Really hard to leave and go back to the real world :) love everyone to share why my heart fell in love with this Slice of Heaven :)

Special conditions:
- NO SHOES allowed in the house as we have long hair carpet (Our white slippers are all for outdoor for walking on the deck NOT for INDOORS and also NOT for WALKING ON THE GRASS, there are plenty of gun boots outside of entrance which can be used for walking on the grass).
- Smoke allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. Please throw cigarette butts to the ashtray or rubbish bin.
- No Big Smell Cooking allowed inside of house.
- No Confetti No Glitter allowed on the farm.
- No Fireworks allowed anywhere at this property as we have animals around.
- No subwoofer bass allowed after 10pm
- Keep farm gates CLOSED, be aware of ELECTRIC FENCE on farm
- Not suitable for pets
- Turn off all Air Conditioner and close all doors and windows when no one in the house.

- Be aware of penalty up to NZD1000 if against the above policy.

- Check-in: 2PM - 7PM
- Check-out: 11AM
- Please don’t leave any opened food behind and clean and collect all your group rubbish to the orange bag, use separate orange bag for bottles and cans, recycles etc so on, leave the bags in front of entrance door when you check out.
